Job responsibilities
1、负责齿轮、齿圈、齿轴、行星架等产品的设计开发工作 2、对相关的工程师予以技术指导并根据开发流程完成产品设计 3、组织样品的制作及小批量试制，并逐步完善产品的工艺及质量要求。 4、组织编制新产品的BOM、控制计划及作业指导书 5、协助相关部门解决产品质量问题 6、主导公司的技术改进、工艺改进及相关设备的改造升级 7、负责技术资料的审批、整理并归档
Job requirements
1、熟悉齿轮设计和齿轮生产工艺。 2、沟通协调能力强。 3、有至少三年团队管理经验。
